Under 6


Swim 25m

Kids will do (25m) swim (half of the short swim route shown).

Bike 500m

Next they will one half of the bike route as shown. (.500m)

Run 50m

Then they will finish by doing a shortened running course (only part of course shown above) (50m)


6-7 Year Olds


Swim 50m

Kids will do one leg of the short swim course (25m out and 25m back).

Bike 1km

Next they will do 1km of the bike route (half of the bike route shown)

Run 300m

Then they will finish with a 300m run (half the running route shown above).


8-9 Year Olds


Swim 100m

Kids will do one leg(50m out and 50m back) of long swim route (100 m).

Bike 2k

Next they will do one leg of the 1km bike route down Lakeshore Drive and back the same way.

Run 600m

Then they will finish with one lap around the running route down Ryans Road and back the same way.


10-11 Years Olds


Swim 200m

Kids will do 2 laps of the long swim course(100m out and 100m back) (200 m).

Bike 2k

Next they will do one leg of the 1km bike route down Lakeshore Drive and back the same way.

Run 600m

Then they will finish by doing one leg of the run route down Ryans Road and back the same way.


12-13 Years Olds


Swim 200m

Kids will do 2 legs of the long swim course (100m out and 100m back) (200 m).

Bike 4k

Next they will do 2 legs of the 1km bike route down Lakeshore Drive and back the same way.

Run 600m

Then they will finish by doing one leg of the run route down Ryan Road and back the same way (~600 m).


14-15 Years Olds


Swim 200m

Kids will do 2 legs of the long swim course (100m out and 100m back) (200 m).

Bike 4k

Next they will do 2 legs of the 1km bike route down Lakeshore Drive and back the same way.

Run 1.2k

Then they will finish by doing two legs of the running route down Ryans Road and back the same way.
